Dear customers, please be reassured, that we are maintaining our Covid safety procedures. Please know, that all our staff are fully Vaccinated. We introduced important changes within our salon operations, all will help to stop Covid virus from spreading.

* Hand Sanitiser — to use when entering or exiting our salon
* Baskets - to place your small personal items, such as, hand bags, wallets, car keys, etc.
We recommend not to bring bulky clothing, grocery bags or items that required refrigeration, as we do not have storage facilities.
* Please do not bring lunch or dinner to your appointment. No food allowed while in a treatment or waiting areas.
* If you do not have appointment, and would like to buy products or Gift Certificate, please consider to call us before walk in, so we could be available for you.
* If your child called in sick, and was unable to go to school or childcare - please do not bring your child to your appointment. Please consider to reschedule your appointment. Also see 'Children in Salon'.
DEPOSIT
25% Deposit required for appointments 1hr or longer.
CANCELLATION ON a SHORT NOTICE
Please be aware of a cancelation fee, based on the 25% of the cost of your treatment, If you cancelled your appointment in less then 24 hrs, overnight or just not showing for your appointment without a prior notice. We understand, that you may need to reschedule your appointment due to unexpected health reason or Covid related requirements, and in this case, you will not be charged cancellation fee and your deposit will be transferred to your future appointment.
CHILDREN IN SALON
Dear customers, following assessment of our salon occupational health and safety procedures, we have assessed the risks and dangers in the treatment rooms to be too high for young children not under close and direct supervision by their parent. For this reason please note, that small children are not allowed in our treatment rooms, while their parent receiving a treatment.
